The elevator and other special equipment or will have “identity card”

Draft special equipment safety law today (26 days) once again submitted to the NPC Standing Committee, the draft has established the special equipment "identity card" system, the provisions of "entity using special equipment shall establish special equipment safety technical archives", and make clear the safety technical archives shall include the following contents:
1. the design documents, construction equipment, product quality certificate, installation and maintenance instructions, and supervision and inspection certificate and other related technical information and documentation;

2. the regular inspection of special equipment and regular self inspection record;

3. special equipment daily usage records;

4.special equipment and its ancillary instrument schedule maintenance record;

5. fault and the accident record of special equipment.
